Programs available to students reflect their growing maturity and support their transition to post-school life. Our handbook outlines more than 100 Tasmanian Certificate of Education (TCE) and Vocational Education & Training (VET) courses that support both the entrance to university and other tertiary studies or provide practical industry training in areas including Business, Hospitality, Tourism, Automotive, Engineering, Information Technology, Children's Services and Sport and Recreation. Students from Guilford Young College have followed career pathways into all fields of endeavour. Many have reached the heights of their field and continue to be role models for our current and future students. The College was delighted to congratulate its first Rhodes Scholar when Emilie McDonnell as announced as the 2016 recipient of the prestigious award.
