The original hard copy documents are processed through high-speed scanners, then through an intensive quality control process and finally indexed to your specific standards. This process allows for rapid search and retrieval of documents immediately from your desktop computer. We will pick up your documents, digitize them and return them to you on a CD/DVD or upload them to a secure FTP server to be retrieved online. Your electronic documents are securely protected and backed up with multiple redundancies. The originals are saved for a predetermined period of time and, upon client approval, arrangements will be made for document destruction.
