Dickenson Management has been specializing exclusively in the management of condominiums since 1992. It is our approach to treat Boards of Directors as partners in the management of their condominium complex so that all parties are kept fully informed and are involved in decision making. In order to keep abreast of issues and new developments affecting condominiums, our office subscribes to a number of property management periodicals and publication services, including The Condominium Manager,Condominium and Condominium Law and Administration. In addition, all members of our management and accounting team regularly attend courses and conferences related to their areas of responsibility.
