What does Commonwealth Building do?

For over 40 years Commonwealth Building has provided first-class construction services throughout the New England Region and Upstate New York. Our collaborative team approach, along with a transparent communication process has allowed us to forge long-lasting relationships with our internal and external team members. From pre-construction to closeo... ut our commitment is to provide our clients with the highest level of service and quality within the Retail, Restaurant, Corporate, and Commercial market sectors. Our ability to successfully manage challenging and complex construction projects has earned us an exceptional reputation and repeat business year after year. At Commonwealth Building we are passionate about giving back to our neighborhoods and non-profit organizations that align well with our core values. We understand that its not all about donating money to support non-profits, that we need to be vested into the cause. Frank and Yogi Trainors sons Scot and Kevin were both born with a genetic disorder called Retinitis Pigmentosa that has led to both of them being legally blind and partially deaf. The Trainor family and the Commonwealth Building team has strongly supported the Foundation Fighting Blindness since the conception of our organization over 40 years ago. The Trainor family over the years have hosted Swing for Sight golf tournaments, fund raising events, and an annual vision walk, raising over $1,500,000 for the Foundation. At Commonwealth Building we are very proud of our very high level of employee retention. Over 60% of our team members have been with us for over 20 years. We are a family that cares about each other, works hard for each other, and we share the same core values. Commonwealth Building strives to maintain a positive work environment that is respectful of a work/life balance that is conducive to our entire team.
