Bill has 20 years' experience in designing all levels of printed circuit boards and multi-chip modules in both the commercial and military sectors. He has served as ACDi's President and CEO since 1997. Bill started with the company in July 1985 as a printed circuit board designer. After attending Frederick Community College, Bill continued his education at James Rumsey Institute of Technology focusing his studies on Engineering Graphics.
