Tracy Echols, of Tracy Echols & Associates, is a multifaceted, successful entrepreneur with extensive public and private sector, non-profit, corporate, and for profit business experience.  She has a Bachelor’s degree from Stetson University in Sociology and with studies in Business and graduate level Marketing and Public Administration.  She holds several state licenses in real estate and financial services for the last 17 years.
In 2011 she set aside her business consulting company, The Abundance Advantage, to devote full-time effort to creating better pathways for all youth through her work with Communities In Schools of Hernando County and Hernando Youth Initiative (HYI). CIS of Hernando is a national dropout prevention program that was implemented successfully in 2011 at the two lowest performing high schools and received the Annual Commissioner’s Business Recognition Award given by the Florida Education Foundation in 2013. She earned the Barney Mancuso Award for her work for the youth of our community in 2012, Woman of Achievement award from Business & Professional Women of Hernando County (2006 & 2010), the Greater Hernando County Chamber of Commerce Community Service Award (2006) , and was chosen for Good Neighbor recognition by the St. Petersburg Times, now the Tampa Bay Times.  She believes excellence and dramatic action creates worthwhile results for those willing to go the extra mile.
