Tom Earles - Chief Technical OfficerTom Earles - Chief Technical Officer Tom Earles has been involved with the research and development of novel semiconductor devices and processing techniques since 1992.His work has focused on the design and fabrication of optoelectronic devices and micro-electromechanical systems.In addition to device design and modeling, Mr. Earles has hands on experience in III-V materials growth using metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD), holographic patterning, x-ray lithography, silicon micro-machining, as well as conventional semiconductor processing techniques. He has worked in two semiconductor processing laboratories, and has been involved in the installation, operation and maintenance of equipment at both facilities.Mr. Earles has co-authored over 20 refereed journal articles and conference presentations on devices and device processing.Mr. Earles holds a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Northeastern University and a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.He is currently a Ph.D. candidate in the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
