​Tom has more than 20 years of experience in planning and delivering health and safety training courses. Tom is an engaging public speaker who hasspecialized in providing adult education courses. He has delivered on-site training courses to groups between 1 and 200 people, worked with firms of all sizes, from local, small business to large national and multi-national firms, and in all sectors, including automotive, retail, professional services and heavy industry. In addition to providing on-site training, Tom has also provided consulting services to assist companies in developing health and safety policy and procedure manuals and standard operating procedures. Tom is experienced in conducting and preparing for health and safety audits, including Workwell, and has assisted in the implementation of programs through activities such as management and employee training to ensure that all the health and safety needs of the organization are met. Prior to founding MidSouthWest Training and Consulting, Tom founded and was the CEO of Occupational Safety Group. ​ An experienced businessman, Tom understands the value of strong communication and delivering results.
