Tina Horn

With over 30 years of accounting experience, Tina provides strategic leadership on Benesch's financial affairs. She is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the firm’s fiscal functions and performance as well as managing the finance and accounting staff. Her service to the company also includes leading or participating in several i... nternal committees. Of note, Tina is chair of both the Benefits and 401K Committees, is a member of the Risk Committee, and she leads the firm’s Nominating Committee which is tasked with identifying qualified internal candidates to stand for election to the Board of Directors each year. Tina is a member of the American Council of Engineering Companies, where she contributes to the Design Professionals Coalition’s Diversity & Inclusion Working Group.
