Timothy Dillon
Vice President of Human Resources Tim Dillon has served as Devereux's vice president of human resources (HR) since 2007. In this role, he is responsible for the development and implementation of human resources strategies and policies across the organization - with a goal of becoming an employer of choice in the field of behavioral healthcare and beyond. Specifically, he manages all activities related to benefits, compensation, recruitment and retention, and employee/labor relations. Dillon joined Devereux in 1986 as national director of compensation and benefits, where he oversaw the modernization of the organization's compensation system and launched the HR function in our New York center. From 1992-2006, he served as national human resources director and was successful in implementing Devereux's recruitment strategy and retention plan, and many policies and best practices related to employee safety, workers compensation and human resources. Before joining our organization, Dillon spent 10 years as the director of personnel services at La Salle University, where he was responsible for launching the university's personnel department. Dillon holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations and a Master of Business Administration from La Salle University. He also earned the Diversity Certification from the Society for Human Resources Management.
