Ordination 2010: Meet our new deacons - The Catholic Moment

Firstly, Father Thomas Poisson of the Diocese of Marquette, the retired pastor of St. Ignatius Loyola Parish in Houghton, Mich., where I entered the Church.
It was at St. Ignatius where I began to attend Mass with the intent to become Catholic, and Father Poisson preached a series of "teaching" homilies on the beliefs of the Church and how they apply to our lives.
