Theodore Eugene Talma, MD
Dr. Talma earned his medical degree, MBBS from the University of the West Indies. He served as House Officer and Senior House Officer during his internship at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Barbados and was a Junior and Senior Resident at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Canada. He continued his Residency at the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario and later was a Pediatric Oncology Resident at Princess Margaret Hospital in Toronto. He finished his Residency at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. He is a Board Certified Pediatrician, a Diplomat of the American Board of Pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, a member of the West Indies Alumni Association and a past president of the Capital District Pediatric Society. Dr. Talma enjoys music and learned to play the guitar as an adult. A few years ago, he started ballroom dancing and has competed successfully in competitions.
