Community Free Clinic (CFC) provides primary care and pharmacy services for low-income uninsured Cabarrus County adults. We treat chronic conditions for adults who might otherwise neglect care and allow their condition(s) to worsen and/or seek care through the hospital Emergency Department. During COVID-19 we are supporting our patients using telehealth tools and processes to ensure continuity of care. Community Free Clinic is a private, 501(c)(3) nonprofit, receiving financial support from individuals, corporations, civic organizations, government agencies, and the faith community. CFC is a partner agency of United Way and funding is also provided by private and community foundations within the Charlotte region.
