PITTSBURGH, PA - Kimmel & Silverman, a Pittsburgh Lemon Law Firm that has provided cost-free legal help to more than 30,000 consumers throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey, has hired Susanne Kimberland, former Counsel with the Pennsylvania Senate, to manage the new Pittsburgh Lemon Law headquarters.
An attorney for more than twelve years, Ms. Kimberland received her JD from Duquesne University. As Counsel with the Senate Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, she was responsible for developing legislation and legal research, and preparing oral and written presentations of Senate initiatives. She began her legal career working in the District Attorney's office in Allegheny County and also served as a District Justice for eight years. In addition, Ms. Kimberland held positions with several law firms throughout Western Pennsylvania, handling family and criminal matters. Prior to her appointment with the Senate, she had her own practice for two years. "As our firm has grown to serve more consumers throughout the Western Pennsylvania, I can think of no better attorney to assist us than Susanne," said Mr. Kimmel.
