Has over 35 years of experience in construction business and has been actively involved in running of major construction projects. He took Volunteer Retirement in 2006 from Border Roads Organisation and worked in various esteemed organisations such as Continental Engineering Corporation, Soma Enterprise Ltd and IL&FS Engineering and Construction Co... mpany Limited before joining our organisation in 2018. He has worked in difficult and tough areas of North Eastern states of India for about 17 years during his tenure in Border Roads Organisation. He has specialisation in execution of various construction projects. Mr Dewan has strong team leadership skills and the ability to delegate effectively. He, in conjunction with the Group Directors, developed a business plan setting out the strategies which will deliver the organisations longer-term goals.
