Sundaram Nagarajan

Sundaram “Naga” Nagarajan serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Nordson Corporation, a $2+ Billion revenue, innovative, precision technology company focused on delivering top tier growth with leading margins and returns in diversified, attractive end markets around the world. Prior to joining Nordson, Mr. Nagarajan had a 23-year c... areer with Illinois Tool Works Inc. (NYSE: ITW), a Fortune 200 company, where he held roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, he was the Executive Vice President, ITW Automotive OEM Segment, a $3.3 billion business segment. Under his leadership, the Automotive OEM Segment consistently delivered profitable revenue growth through both organic and acquisitive means. Mr. Nagarajan serves as the Board of Directors of Wesco International (NYSE: WCC), Greater Cleveland Partnership, and the Lorain County Community College Foundation. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of IACS and a past trustee of Hobart Institute of Welding Technology, former Board of Director of EWI, Inc. and former trustee of AWS Foundation Inc. Mr. Nagarajan earned a B.S. in mechanical engineering from South Gujarat University, India, an MBA from Wright State University, a M.S. and Ph.D. in materials science from Auburn University.
