Steve Clippingdale
After the completion of a career as a professional hockey player, Steve Clippingdale spent 10 years in Sales & Marketing and Management positions in the printing business before managing his own technology based business, Luminous Technologies, which he acquired in 1988. Steve was able to successfully manage Luminous through a number of technological advancements during the 12 years there, culminating in the sale of the company to Aston Group. Steve was consistently one of the top sales producers for Aston in North America, despite handling one of the lowest populated territories. During his time with Luminous and Aston, Steve gained a keen interest and great insights into the management of 'change' for both individuals and organizations, understanding the potential.
