Dr. Allen has appeared as recitalist and soloist in operatic, orchestral and chamber music repertoire across the United States and in Germany. A champion of contemporary music, she premiered Pulitzer Prize winning Stephen Albert's To Wake the Dead in New York's Alice Tully Hall and recorded it for CRI.
