BARC is the largest Service Provider in Kern County that provides essential job training, employment, and support services for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD). BARC is committed to meeting the needs and desires of our Clients and their families, our customers, our generous supporters, and the entire Bakersfield community. BARC aims to help adults with I/DD secure employment that will allow them to collect a paycheck as well as build on their confidence and level of independence in the workplace.
