Sean McDaniel founded Film & Noise as a video production firm in 2009 with the goal to deliver visual projects to small businesses at a reasonable cost.
In five years, Film & Noise has grown into a full service marketing consulting agency, offering everything from brand strategy to graphic design. Our goal is to provide our clients with a comprehensive strategy to grow their business and increase brand awareness through integrated marketing. We recognize that each client has a unique set of needs, and we strive to offer equally unique marketing solutions that cater to those specific needs. Sean's 16 years in sales and marketing coupled with his 5 years as Film and Noise's Firm manager make him acutely aware of the challenges startups, entrepreneurs, and small to mid-sized businesses face as they look to penetrate, captivate, and motivate their target markets. In addition to his expertise in production, Sean brings specialized experience to the not-for-profit sector, having directed a foundation for disabled youth and served on its Board of Directors. The energy Sean puts toward helping his clients grow is matched only by the energy it takes to keep up with his two preschoolers who always remind him that enthusiasm, creativity, and fun are the keys to success both in business and at home.
