Sarah Carlberg, Administrative and Evaluation Assistant
Sarah Carlberg brings a wealth of operations and evaluation experience to Korwin Consulting. As an operations manager she has designed, implemented and supported operational infrastructure with various non-profit organizations and consulting firms. A values-driven professional, she focuses her skills to support social justice work, especially in the areas of women's health and education. With a strong commitment to building data-driven evaluation cultures, she has envisioned and initiated program evaluations with the Bay Area Book Festival and has supported evaluation efforts in various non-profit and governmental organizations. With Resource Development Associates, Sarah managed data-collection for Santa Clara County's 2013 LGBTQ Health Assessment. Through this experience, Sarah developed an appreciation for the importance of taking a collaborative approach to evaluation design. Working with the LGBTQ community, she was able to gather and implement effective outreach strategies. She has taken this collaborative approach through all of her other work and was instrumental in developing a steering committee of community organizations to help guide and support the Bay Area Book Festival's community engagement efforts. She is excited to bring her operational knowledge, data analysis skills, and collaborative approach to Korwin Consulting. Sarah attended UC Berkeley where she studied Rhetoric and Comparative Literature.
