With more than 20 years of accounting experience, in her role as Chief Accounting Officer, Ms. Niemiec oversees the corporate accounting, treasury, tax and financial reporting functions for First Industrial. Prior to joining First Industrial, Ms. Niemiec held various positions specializing in real estate with the Assurance and Business Advisory Services Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, a registered public accounting firm.
