Ryan McClean

With 25 years of commercial real estate experience, much of it in Southern California, Ryan McClean has been integral in helping First Industrial expand its West Coast presence to serve the needs of corporate customers coast-to-coast. As Executive Director for First Industrial Realty Trust's West Coast region based in Los Angeles, Mr. McClean is re... sponsible for overseeing acquisitions, development, build-to-suits, asset management and lease negotiations for the company's regional portfolio. Prior to his current role, Mr. McClean held a variety of positions within First Industrial, including serving as Senior Investment Analyst for the company's West Coast region. He was integral in expanding First Industrial's presence from its Midwest origins to a coast-to-coast provider of industrial real estate solutions, including establishing the company's L.A. office and acquiring and developing over 10 million square feet in Southern California. Mr. McClean began his career at First Industrial's corporate headquarters working as an analyst for Chief Investment Officer Johannson Yap and the company's new market investment team.
