Ryan Gould | VIEW FULL BIORyan GouldHead Coach 16 EliteRyan Gould has coached club volleyball for five years.He coached one year with the Texas Tornados, and four years with Waco Juniors.Prior to becoming a juniors volleyball coach, Ryan served as the student assistant to the Baylor Lady Bears volleyball team.During these two years he had the opportunity to work for two different head coaches.Ryan says that this experience taught him how to view the game from a coach's perspective.He learned first hand how to develop players while developing a collective team.He learned how to form good player/coach relationships and how to push teams to always improve and find success.Ryan currently is serving as an assistant coach for the Texas Women's University Volleyball program.Ryan has been involved in sports since he was four years old.While in high school, Ryan participated in football, baseball, basketball, track and tennis.While attending Baylor University, Ryan randomly jumped into a pick-up game of volleyball and was immediately hooked.He then joined the Baylor University men's club volleyball team, where he played as both a hitter and a setter.During one of his two years on the team, they finished ninth at club nationals. Ryan and his wife, Alicia, recently moved to the Dallas area.He is currently completing his degree in sports nutrition.
