Rosalind Frisch is a retired educator who is currently a volunteer advocate for the New Jersey Office of the Ombudsman for Senior Services.She was ap- pointed by Whitman in 1996 and reappointed in 1999.She received her bachelor of arts degree in early childhood development and educational administration from Brooklyn College and received a master of arts degree in public administration from Rider University.She is a former member of the Princeton Board of Education, the Mercer County School Boards Association and she served on the New Jersey School Boards Association State Committee on Governance.A past director of Head Start, she taught in Title 1 and other early grades, and was educational director of Junior Achievement.
