Bob Landry is President of Strategex Consultants Inc., an Ottawa-based corporate strategy, public policy and government relations consulting firm with an office in Montreal. Strategex has played a leading role in major files with corporations, associations and national community-related initiatives. Landry had a successful career with Imperial Oil begun after studies in engineering at St. Francis Xavier and McGill Universities. He was a vice president of Imperial for 15 years. He held senior posts in marketing, corporate affairs, public policy, government relations and general management with assignments in Montreal, Edmonton, Ottawa and Toronto. He has been Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Travel Industry Association of Alberta, a director of the Alberta Chamber of Resources, the Canadian Manufactures' Association, Founding Chairman of the Public Affairs Council of the Conference Board, Chairman of the National Association of University Board Chairs and Secretaries.
