Rick's eye for new training techniques, employee development methods, and wellness programs has created a Talent Management department steeped in best practices. With 20-plus years of experience, Rick has worked in Leadership Development at United Airlines, and served as a Human Resources consultant and writer for AON Risk Services, E-insure.com and HarperCollins Publishers. Additionally, he has authored 12 instructional books and worked in educational publishing at Cook Communications.
