Bennett | Edmund Cooper | Evelyn Louise Scott | Jessie Patton Smith June 14Richard Lee KlepacRichard Lee Klepac of Holts Summit, an MU professor of theater for nearly 20 years, died Tuesday, June 13, 2000, at his home.He was 60.Dr. Klepac also taught at Cottey College in Nevada, Mo., for seven years.His other experience included the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut, Lincoln University and Columbia College.An avid fisherman and an all-terrain vehicle rider, Dr. Klepac was also a 13th Degree Mason with the Masonic Lodge in Nevada, Mo.Dr. Klepac was born May 23, 1940, in Kansas City, Kan., to George and Evelyn McDermott Klepac.He graduated from Wyandotte High School in Kansas City, Kan., in 1958 and received his bachelor's degree from Pittsburg State, in Pittsburg, Kan. He continued his education with a master's degree from the University of Connecticut and his Ph.D. in speech and dramatic arts from MU.On May 16, 1993, DATE : [ 05/16/1993 ]he married Teresa Howard.
