Raquel brings with her twenty years of legal, marketing and CRM implementation, management and consulting experience. Raquel started her career in the legal industry managing a one attorney firm in Sedona, Arizona. Upon relocating to Phoenix, she went to work for a large regional firm in the city. Because of previous experience in the health care industry, she accepted a position in the health care litigation practice group. When the partner she worked for decided to relocate to a different city, Raquel sought out a position in a different department. She found the role of InterAction CRM Administrator in the firm's marketing department, and has had a passion for CRM ever since. Since that time, Raquel has served as a key member of project management teams for the configuration, implementation, rollout and ongoing data quality and management of various CRM systems, including InterAction, ContactEase, Contact Manager and One Place. In her former roles as CRM Administrator, Raquel played an integral role in the upgrade, implementation and roll-out of CRM systems and performed post rollout management tasks including configuration; training and documentation; quality control; reporting and user support. Raquel now provides CRM assistance to her clients by utilizing her extensive knowledge of marketing, technology and thirteen years of experience working day to day inside law firms. Her in-house experience in InterAction and ContactEase configuration, CRM processes and training provides a unique offering to her clients. Raquel is based in Houston, Texas when she is not traveling across North America to meet with clients.
