Mr. Ralph C. Datillio is Of Counsel in the Tallahassee office of Broad and Cassel.
He is a member of the Firm's Banking and Institutional Lending, Real Estate and Special Assets Practice Groups. He has practiced law for more than 40 years. Mr. Datillio represents banks and large corporations throughout the country, as well as in the Caribbean islands in various lending and business transactions. His work in transactional law covers many other disciplines, including banking, state and local taxation and corporate law. His experience allows him to help other attorneys specializing in these areas. Mr. Datillio has represented many large and Fortune 500 Companies, including Citibank New York, Walt Disney World Company, Sharp Electronics, Lucent Technologies and others. His work encompasses more than corporate real estate. He has extensive experience in restructuring workouts and dealing with the resolution of special assets problems for lenders. He has acted as special counsel to a consortium of the banks in one of the largest foreclosure actions ever handled by Florida courts. Mr. Datillio served as the co-editor of the Miami Report for the Presidential Commission on Violence in 1969. Mr. Datillio enjoys community service and is past President of the Capital Rotary Club of Tallahassee. He also serves on the Boards of the Salvation Army and Holy Comforter School and supports United Way.
