Non-Executive Director Peter Warner joined the Unaoil Board of Directors in 2014. Peter Warner recently retired from Petrofac International Ltd, having held positions including CEO of Petrofac Emirates and Executive Vice President responsible for worldwide sales and marketing. He joined Petrofac’s engineering and construction division in 2000 and was instrumental in growing that privately-owned business, with less than $150 million in revenue, to the publicly listed FTSE 100 company it is today. Prior to Petrofac, Peter held various operational, financial and, latterly, sales and marketing positions at Davy McKee, KBR and Stone & Webster. Since graduating in 1978 Peter has had a wide range of international experience in countries including the former Soviet Union, South Korea, Germany, China as well as the USA and the UK. He is currently a resident of Dubai, UAE. Peter is a Fellow of the Institute of Chemical Engineers, a Charter Engineer in the UK and a Licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey, USA. He holds Masters and Bachelor degrees in Chemical Engineering from St John’s College, Cambridge University, and Finance and Accounting qualifications from the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants in the UK.
