Payman is responsible for driving accelerated revenue and profitability growth for the Cardio & Vascular (C&V) product category, and applying his diverse background to build operational excellence throughout the organization’s seven manufacturing sites in four countries. Under Payman’s leadership, Integer is accelerating its sales and market penet... ration in order to achieve above market growth over the long term. The C&V product category is also incorporating results-driven, lean-manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational performance and advance profitable growth strategies. Before joining Integer in 2018, Payman served as President of the Environmental Technologies business segment for CECO Environmental Corp., a diversified global provider of engineered technologies to the environmental, energy, and fluid handling and filtration industrial segments. Prior to that, he held several progressive executive leadership roles at Ingersoll Rand Company. During his career, Payman’s deep expertise in commercial business leadership and general management successfully grew businesses with large customers with significant bargaining power, and overseeing complex product development and sales. He has demonstrated progressive global experience in strategy development and innovation, leading to consistent growth and improvements to profitability. Payman holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal.Read More
