Rick Corcoran is a former partner at KPMG, where he retired in 2015 after more than 38 years.
While at KPMG, he was a lead audit planner and SEC reviewing partner for four offices, including the firm's St. Louis and national offices, and the firm's health care and life sciences practice. Corcoran also serves as a member of the Audit and Compliance Committee of the Board of Directors of Dignity Health in San Francisco. He is a national instructor for various firm training sessions and is a faculty member for accounting and auditing sessions at the annual American Institute of CPAs National Health Care Conference. Corcoran received his bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Missouri - Columbia and is a licensed CPA in California and Missouri.
