As the President of massAV since 1985 and now of Stagedge, our new brand in 2020, Pat continues to be responsible for setting strategic direction for the company working with the leadership team and supporting them as they manage their departments and helping them carry out objectives and ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our clients. Pat is directly responsible for the sales group and manages the Hotel contracts throughout New England area. Promoting a culture that reflects the organization’s values, encourages good performance and rewards productivity is her overall goal.
