Pat Sanchez-Aitken brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership experience in human resources to Gateway. Prior to joining Gateway in 2016, Pat served as an assistant vice president of human resources for a multi-billion-dollar financial services corporation as well as a large nonprofit social services organization. In her 25-plus-year career, Pat has developed expertise in HR strategy, succession planning, leadership development, board development and employee engagement.
