Pamela Greenlaw, Agricultural Coordinator
As Catskill Mountainkeeper's Agricultural Coordinator, Pamela manages our Liberty and Monticello Eat Healthy Farmers' Markets and coordinates edible gardens programs at area schools and community gardens. Her decision to pursue a career focused on farming and healthy food began during her time as a children's programmer for the Western Sullivan Public Library, where she began working with a small local company called Natural Contents to provide organic prepared food at farmers' markets, reaching out to support local farmers while sourcing local ingredients. This experience sparked her interest in working with Mountainkeeper to engage the next generation in growing food, and help ensure that people in need in area communities have access to healthy, fresh foods. Pamela holds a Bachelor of Architecture from VA Tech, and has kept her architectural passion alive as a hobby focused on working to save one old building at a time.
