Since joining the company in 2006, Pam has been instrumental in building partnerships with many of the world's best loved brands, with special focus on the and CPG category. Prior to that, Pam spent a majority of her career with Hewlett Packard, where she excelled as a Senior Sales Representative & Account Manager, winning a wide range of sales awards and being inducted into the HP Hall of Fame. From there she joined a key HP distributor, Integration Alliance Company, which was purchased by General Electric. She held several roles at IAC, including National Sales Program Manager and Regional Sales Manager, and received the GE President's Club Award and GE Pinnacle Award. Since joining the company in 2006, she has been instrumental in penetrating and building the sales at House Party by expanding into key verticals, notably Food & Beverage and CPG, securing engagements with many of the world's major brands, such as Kraft Foods, Unilever, P&G, Nestle, Hershey's, ConAgra Foods, Johnson & Johnson and SC Johnson. In 2009 Pam led the team to a tripling in sales revenue. Pam spent a majority of her sales career at Hewlett Packard Company (HP), where she served as a Senior Sales Representative/Account Manager for 10 years. At HP Pam sold, developed and supported the two largest HP commercial systems accounts in the Western U.S. Region, generating $13.5 million over three years. She managed a team that designed, sold and implemented a $2 million software and hardware solution, displacing a major competitor. She won Hewlett-Packard's top sales awards - President's Club (top 1% worldwide) and Achiever's Club (top 20% nationwide). She won the Most Valuable Player Award for Southern California Area two years in a row, and was inducted into the HP Hall of Fame for Quarterly Sales Performances. Pam followed up her success at HP as an early employee of a key HP distributor, Integration Alliance Company, which was purchased by General Electric - Information Technology Distribution Company in 1999. Pam held several roles at IAC, including National Sales Program Manager and Regional Sales Manager. She received the GE-ITD President's Club Award and GE-ITD Pinnacle Award - #1 in GE ITD HP Business Unit in 1998. Pam holds a B.B.A. in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Iowa.
