Omari Aarons Omari Jahi Aarons is the Director of Stores Loyalty and Leadership Education at Macy's, a premier Omnichannel retailer. After completing Macy's Executive Development Program with roles in online servicing and bankcard billing adjustments, he traveled extensively throughout America as a stores trainer, coaching retail executives on credit account acquisitions. Mr. Aarons has spent over 6 years in the customer loyalty space, creating training and implementation strategies for loyalty program pilots in Macy's and Bloomingdale's stores. In 2015, he led Macy's training efforts for the rollout of Plenti, the first U.S.-based loyalty program coalition. As a human resources and learning leader, his responsibilities also include mentoring, leadership and change management programming, and developing strategic coaching solutions. In 2013, Mr. Aarons was a one of the first two recipients of the One to Watch Young Leaders Award from the Association for Talent Development and has been twice awarded by the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati for his leadership and volunteerism. Mr. Aarons is a graduate of Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH with degrees in public relations and theology.
