Michael Corbat

Vice President, Product Development at Rensa Filtration companies

Michael is responsible for coordinating the engineering and product development for Rensa and its portfolio companies. Michael has extensive experi ence in filtration media, filter development and filter test methodology. Prior to joining Rensa Filtration, Michael served as Engineering Manager for Custom Filter, focusing on high performance designs for an OEM customer base. Additionally, he served as Senior Product Engineer for Filtration Group and led the creation efforts of multiple new technologies and products to the air filtration arena, innovations that helped to grow the company to more than $200 million in annual revenue. He is currently chair of ASHRAE Technical Committee for Particulate Air Contaminants and Particulate Contaminant Removal Equipment, Chair of ASHRAE’s Intersociety Liaison and International Standards Advisory Subcommittee.
