Delaware County Board of Developmental Disabilities (DCBDD) provides local levy dollars to match federal dollars for new IO, LV1 and SELF waiver slots for eligible Delaware County residents. When one chooses to enroll on a waiver, local funding must be used as match for those Waiver services, consequently the level of funding and services available from DCBDD are limited. As there are a limited number of waivers available, the State of Ohio and County Boards of DD have established waiting lists for the IO, LV1 and SELF waivers.
