Mary joined PEP Housing in October 2004 as the Executive Director. Prior to joining the organization, Mary worked in nonprofit administration, most ly for educational and social service organizations. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and started her career as an Auditor for a public accounting firm. She founded a non-profit organization, Rebuilding Together, located in Petaluma. Rebuilding Together is dedicated to providing home repairs at no cost to seniors and individuals with disabilities, allowing them to remain in their homes. Mary also served as a Petaluma City Councilmember. She has a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and is a licensed real estate broker. She has a MBA in Business Administration and a BS degree in Management. Mary served on the Board of Directors for Leading Age, California as Vice President on both the Housing and Public Policy Cabinets. Mary has volunteered with Red Cross since 2003 and serves as a Disaster Action Team Supervisor. She is a Commissioner with Marin County Parks and Open Spaces.
