Mary M. McCausland

One of the recruits, Mary McCausland, a graduate trainee, joins Aon under the Scottish Executive's Fresh Talent Initiative.
The scheme has allowed Mary to live and work in the UK for two years after recently graduating from Glasgow University with a 1st class honours degree in Business and Economics. Mary, originally from Detroit, USA, said, "The quality of experience, both educationally and socially, I had in Glasgow while at university made me investigate possible job opportunities in the city.
