Mae Jean Go is a Business Manager IT - Governance, Strategy, Standards, and Customer Satisfaction for the Online Customer Operations Group in AT&T Operations, Inc. The Online Customer Operations Group focuses on enhancing the user experience in online transactions at ATT.com. In this position, she is responsible for developing, maintaining, and communicating standards and style guides for company-hosted and vendor-hosted sites. Over the past 23 years at AT&T, she has served in numerous Information Technology positions including content management, communications, business analysis, and programming. She has also held several Human Resources positions, including communications, planning, quality, flexible work options, process management, and self-directed education. She has taught at Golden Gate University, San Francisco State University, Wake Forest University, and the University of Illinois. She holds Ph.D. and Master's degrees in Speech Communication from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign as well as a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Speech Communication from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources. She also completed a Master's of Science degree in the Management of Technology from Golden Gate University. She is a graduate of CAAEN's Inaugural Leadership Training Program in 2007.
