Prior to XM Canada, Mark was Vice President, Call Centre Operations for Bell ExpressVu, the leading direct-to-home satellite television service provider in Canada. During his tenure, he led the customer service organization through the high growth years of the company. Mark has been managing large call centre operations for more than 25 years in the satellite television, cable, wireless and airline industries.
