Marjorie Wolfe, PE, CFM -President, Water Resource Engineer
Marjorie Wolfe, PE water resources engineer Marjorie received her degree in Bio-Resource Engineering from the University of British Columbia and spent a year at the University of Melbourne, Australia studying Hydrology & Hydraulics. She began her career with Canada's Department of Fisheries & Oceans Salmonid Enhancement Program building spawning channels and rearing habitat in British Columbia. She then spent ten years in Montana working on both upland and riparian habitat restoration. As a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM), she understands the necessity of protecting health and human safety while restoring the natural and beneficial function of floodplains. This understanding is reflected in her rigorous application of hydrologic and hydraulic modeling to both design and planning projects. Marjorie worked for Clean Water Services and the City of Salem on public policy and innovative approaches to managing surface water. Her work in both the public and private sectors has provided a solid grounding in public relations and the integration of site specific project design with broad watershed wide planning objectives.
