Lois Hester serves as Vice President of Customer Solutions at PerfectServe. In her role, Hester coaches a diverse team of talented project managers , consultants, and clinical integration analysts to deliver creative, elegant solutions that meet client clinical communications needs. During her decade-plus with PerfectServe, Hester has held various positions of leadership in integrations, product management and development, and professional services. She is a clinically licensed Medical Technologist and certified Product Owner with more than 25 years of healthcare IT experience, including implementation, support of diverse clinical systems, and integration of complex technology in a patient care setting. She is passionate about process improvement for clinical workflows that facilitate delivery of quality patient care. Lois holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from Cleveland State Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Tusculum University.
