Kyle Campbell is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibbs, Giden, Locher & Turner LLP.Mr. Campbell's practice focuses on general business and commercial litigation as well as the representation of owners, contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers in all types of construction industry matters.Mr. Campbell specializes in the drafting and negotiation of contract documents and claims avoidance, while representing clients in litigation and alternative dispute resolution matters.Mr. Campbell is a member of the State Bar of California, and he is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central District of California and all California state courts.Mr. Campbell is a member of the American Bar, California Bar and Los Angeles Bar Associations.He is an accomplished seminar speaker on various topics related to construction and commercial litigation.Mr. Campbell received his Juris Doctorate degree and Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine School of Law in 2001.Mr. Campbell earned his undergraduate degree in Multidisciplinary Studies, cum laude, from North Carolina State University in 1997.While attending North Carolina State University, Mr. Campbell played soccer as a goalkeeper for the Wolfpack.Mr. Campbell was all-ACC four consecutive years, the 1994 ACC player of the year, and a two-time All-American.
