Kimberly A. DeBra is Executive Vice President/Chief Communications Officer for First Northern Bank. She began her banking career in 1981. Kim joined First Northern Bank in 1990 as Assistant Vice President/Credit Card Services Manager. Her experience includes: product development, project management, training, system design, consumer and mortgage lending, shareholder relations, marketing and advertising, and corporate communications. Kim reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is a member of the Senior Management Team. She is responsible for the Bank’s Corporate Giving Program, business support services, product development, communication strategies, deposit and relationship growth, strategic positioning, and for promoting goodwill with customers, shareholders, employees, business partners, the community, and the media. She serves on the following Bank oversight committees: Asset/Liability, Community Reinvestment Act, Incident Response, Information Services Steering, Privacy, Product Pricing, and Superior Service. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography with an emphasis in satellite remote sensing and mathematics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
