About Future Movies

Kenny Hodgart lives in Glasgow where he works as Glasgow nightclubs editor for the List Magazine and freelances where he can, having produced work for The Herald, BBC Scotland and The Aberdeen FC matchday programme. He recently completed an M.Litt in Journalism and hopes to amuse himself over the next few years by writing features, visiting some nice foreign places, and getting into documentary production.Besides much else, he has written about film production, sport, visual art, music and booze, while his reviewing hat has clouded his judgement on many a film, gig, restaurant, cattle show, you name it.The boys at Future Movies agree that Kenny was a leading light in their film studies degree class at Glasgow University, where he also studied Scottish Literature. He claims to be an expert on little, but admits to knowing a bit about Scottish film, has ‘dabbled' in film theory and loves Italian cinema.
