Led by Rev. Keith Grogg, he will explore Old and New Testament texts to discern what they say about our identities as peacemakers seeking reconciliation in our lives and in the world.
He will look at Peter's vision overcoming his own obstacles to inclusivity in Acts 10; God's instructions for integrity in Exodus 23; Paul's view of reconciliation in II Corinthians 5; and Jeremiah's prophecy of hope in Jeremiah 29. Grogg, pastor of Montreat Presbyterian Church (PCUSA), graduated from McCormick Seminary in 1993 and celebrated 20 years of pastoring Presbyterian churches as an ordained minister in May.
